Practising Drawing Layouts from Summer

I was really keen to pick up and tackle a skill that I have long struggled with through the course of my studies during the summer period as there wouldn't be any pressure to get things right the first time

I started out very simple, with a very basic and cartoony style, heavily inspired by the layout artist Steve Lawtwait background and layout artist for the tv show We Bare Bear

This second layout was for a tilt shot and therefore it was as long panel.

To create this layout I used a real world reference and utilised the google 360° view to position the 'camera' angle. I really enjoyed this technique as i could be a lot more creative with the camera angle and really direct the shot and line of site and really create a cinematic layout!
