So once I had settled on an idea for what i wanted to do on my VFX The first thing did was create a a simple schedule for everything that needed to get done and to see that everything was do-able in the time scale and also along with the other work i'm doing. I was confident that I had enough skills to do and anything I needed to learn was achievable for me to learn

I them wrote a script fro the action that would be happening on the screen and then I broke down all the elements of the script so that I could create a storyboard which would visually show my camera and crew members what I wanted to achieve in the final film

I drew a storyboard but it look terrible there really wasn't a lot to show and I knew that I would have a hard time communicating with my camera man what I wanted on set with it, so instead I made a com positional and tonal reference board that I had on set with me on the shoot that I refereed to a lot with my Elliott the cameraman.
