Creating Backgrounds for Strings

Spent the afternoon in the stop motion studio yesterday doing some macro photography on Erin's violin to capture some textures to create both backgrounds and brushes for the production.

We thought that this would be better to do thematically instead of using pre-existing presets in TVPaint. We feel that small personal touches like this make the film that little bit more special and really emphasises the fact that this is the story of the violin.
