For this term in our VFX module we have to create 3 VFX shots and at least one of them has to be in collaboration with either second year Fashion Photography students or 2nd year Film students. My idea so far is to create a shot for each and that would leave me with the option to create at least one shot of my own choosing. I wanted to do this as it would stretch me creatively. So brain stormed what kind of vFx i wanted to do and end up with in my showreel by the end of the year and i came to two ideas

The first being to create a shot where the actor would be floating in a location. Below i have posted the inspirational images and breakdowns.

The module guide and Rosa stipulated that the level of VFX need in order to get a good grade the techniques used needed to be complex. So the main VFX I would undertake would Chroma keying and complex compositing and grading.

This ideas was heavily inspired by this ad for Lacoste and the VFX where created by MPC and there is a great VFX bind the scene break down on their website which you see here http://moving-picture.com/UmbracoMedia/4137/mo-lacoste-modif-creas.mp4

My plan for this was to shoot the black plate in Tremough House and the actor on the green screen back drops in the SoFT building TV Studios.

I planned to shoot the back plate in Tremough House and the actor who'm I'd comp in te TV studio

in the SoFT building.

n order pull this of I would need a crew of a least three people in order for me pull this off.
